Zine, 24 pages, 148 mm x 210 mm, edition of 50, self-published

Margarete was the name of my grandmother. When I was a child, my brother and I spent many summers with her in southern Germany. She passed away in 2017 after a brief but severe illness. In a way, a part of my childhood self passed with her. As a personal act of remembrance, I walked through her house with my camera on the day of her funeral, photographing objects that I will forever associate with her and that time in my life.

Self-published as a zine in 2019, it remains my most personal work to date.
